While under construction, tickets to The Fillmore New Orleans shows are available online at or Tickets can also be purchased in person at the House of Blues New Orleans Box Office. The House of Blues Box Office is open from 12 PM - 6 PM Monday - Saturday and from 9 am - 12 PM on Sundays, and later all show days. To view the House of Blues New Orleans calendar, click here.

How do I buy tickets to upcoming concerts?
You can visit our website, or as well as purchase tickets in person at the House of Blues New Orleans box office located at 225 Decatur St.
My tickets are at will call, what do I need to bring to pick them up?
All guests picking up tickets at Will Call must show two forms of identification (Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets) and their ticket confirmation number.
The show I had tickets to was just cancelled - how do I get my money back?
If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (artist illness for example), you will be refunded the entire amount (services fees included) of your ticket price via the point of purchase. If you purchased a ticket online - your credit card will automatically be refunded (if the show is not rescheduled for a later date). You can always also call 800-745-3000 to speak to a Ticketmaster representative regarding your refund or come down to our Box Office to inquire in person
May I bring my children?
Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family-oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required.

For any concerts and performances that may not be suitable for young children, venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.

Children of any age may NOT attend a "18+ " or "21+ " concert or performance.
Are there items I cannot bring to the venue?
Pets, alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, spiked jewelry or belts, banners, backpacks, flyers, glow sticks, beach balls, Frisbees, or fireworks of any kind to any show. Purses and bags will be searched upon entry.

Where is The Fillmore Located?
We are located on the second floor of the Harrah's New Orleans Casino. The physical address is 6 N Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130. Guests can enter The Fillmore from the entrance located on Canal Street directly before the Harrah's New Orleans Casino Valet entrance. All guests under the age of 21, must enter and exit this entrance. Guests 21+ can also enter The Fillmore through Harrah's New Orleans Casino via Masquerade Lounge, located in the center of the Casino. When leaving the show, Guests may exit out through the casino or to Canal St through The Fillmore's main entrance.

The Fillmore New Orleans offers ADA seating and additional accommodations (as needed) for those with disabilities. To inquire in advance, please contact the box office directly for further details. To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a Guest Services or Box Office representative for further assistance. There is ADA accessibility to The Fillmore located at the Fillmore entrance at 6 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130 or from inside Harrah's Casino. Please see a Harrah's host for direction to the elevator inside the casino.
What is the Fast Lane Ticket?
The Fast Lane Ticket allows you entrance to the venue prior to the general public. Please note Fast Lane tickets do not grant access to The Fillmore New Orleans VIP Club/VIP Private Bar/VIP Private Bathrooms. The Fast Lane Tickets are also NOT a ticket to a show - they are considered an amenity. Patrons who attempt to enter shows with just a Fast Lane ticket will not be allowed into the show without an actual event ticket. The Fast Lane ticket is available on a show by show basis.
Can I bring my camera? Can I video tape the show? Can I bring my audio equipment?
It depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with lenses on them are considered to be professional-length are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Security will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted.
Once I come into the venue, can I leave and come back?
We have a No Re-Entry policy. You may exit the venue for air or a cigarette if you exit to our smoking patio. The Fillmore New Orleans' smoking /outdoor area is located through the west side music hall steps and has limited space. Smokers may be asked to wait on a one in/one out bias for their turn to go outside. Fillmore Premium Seats Members have the ability to re-enter the venue, but first go back through all security processing.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes, we have an ATM in The Fillmore.
How old do you have to be to attend a show?
Unless otherwise noted, most shows are an all ages. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. 18 or 21 shows will be noted online and will require valid ID. All Fillmore guests will be asked to provide valid ID, even if they have already been asked by casino staff.
Where is the restroom?
At The Fillmore the public restrooms are located to the left side of the stage down the hall from the Lobby bar and BG's Lounge.
Do you have a dress code?
If you plan to enter through the public entrance, there is no specific dress code, but clothing and shoes are required. Style is totally up to you.

If you are planning to enter through Harrah's Casino, please note they have their own dress code restrictions separate from The Fillmore New Orleans.

Harrah's Casino Restrictions:
Any clothing that has words, pictures or terms that may be offensive to other guests
Clothing that is too revealing and does not adequately cover private body parts
Face paint
Shoes are required at all times
Clothing worn for the beach, sleepwear, or exercise/workout may not be permitted.
How can I rent The Fillmore for a private event?
We have multiple spaces and can cater to groups of 25-2,200 for special events. Our event specialists are ready to talk to you and help take your event to the next level. Please contact for more information.
Do you have a lost and found?
If you notice you are missing an item during a show check with any of our event staff at the front door at the end of the show. Any items turned into us at the end of a show are held in the Fillmore Administration Offices. Please call our office at 504-881-1555 to see if we have your item.
